All Samra Knots products are handmade, which means each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur, and are part of the charm of artisanal craft.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Please provide detailed and accurate information when submitting a custom request.

3. Shipping

We ship both within the UK and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Samra Knots is not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
