1. Handmade Nature of Products
All Samra Knots macrame products are handmade with care, meaning each item is unique. Variations in colour, texture, size, or pattern are natural in handmade crafts and add to their charm and authenticity.
2. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check all colour choices, personalisation details, and special instructions when placing a custom order
3. Shipping
We currently ship from the UK to selected international locations (including the US, EU, and more). Shipping times vary by location and courier.
Once dispatched, Samra Knots is not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or lost packages caused by external couriers. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. For detailed information, please see our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your handmade piece, but if something is not right, we're here to help. You must contact us first via email at hello@samraknots.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility: We accept returns for non-custom, non-sale items if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalised pieces, items marked as final sale or discounted, and items damaged due to misuse.

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time (e.g., during sales, or if material/shipping costs change). Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace Commerce, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All content—including product designs, descriptions, images, branding, tutorials, and logo—belongs to Samra Knots and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. We actively monitor for copyright infringement and will take action if our work is used without credit or consent.
7. Liability and Product Safety
Samra Knots is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of our products.
Safety Reminder: Please keep handmade items away from young children, pets, or open flames unless the product is intended for such use..
8. Marketplace Policies
If you purchase via third-party platforms (Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc.), additional terms from those platforms may apply. Please review their terms during checkout, especially regarding delivery tracking, refunds, and buyer protection.
