Shipping Details for Handmade Macrame Orders

1. Processing Time (Production)

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your macrame order to be crafted before it is ready for shipping.

  • Custom orders or large quantities may take longer; if so, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UK, US, Europe, and selected countries worldwide.

Shipping Zones:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Europe (Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg)

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and order weight. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom 1–3 business days

Europe 4–8 business days

United States 7–12 business days

Rest of World 10–15 business days

Note: Delivery times do not include the 3–5 day production time or delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

5. Shipping Costs (Flat Rates)

We aim to keep shipping simple and fair with flat rates:

  • United Kingdom → Free Shipping

  • European Union (selected countries) → £8.50 flat

  • United States → £8.50 flat

  • Rest of World → £20 flat

The final shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that you may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once your order arrives. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to help track it down or offer a solution.
