All items are handmade to order.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be crafted before shipping.

Custom orders or large quantities may take longer — if so, we’ll contact you with an estimated timeline.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and the order weight.
You’ll receive a tracking link (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and total order weight.
You’ll see the full shipping cost clearly at checkout before completing your order.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that you may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once your order arrives.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll do our best to help track it down or offer a solution.
