Returns & Refunds for Handmade Macrame Orders

1. Overview
At Samra Knots, each macrame item is lovingly handmade, and we hope you adore what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within reason and policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for non-custom, non-sale items if the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item is shipped back to us promptly once your return is confirmed.
Important Exclusions:
Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or incorrect.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@samraknots.com with the following details:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We'll provide instructions and the return address once your eligibility is confirmed.
Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error..
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees). Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on request. Please contact us first at hello@samraknots.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss your exchange. Items must be returned in unused condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve this quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. International Returns
Due to shipping costs, we do not offer automatic international returns at this time—but we are happy to assist case by case. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your issue, and we will do our best to help.
