Return Policy

1. Overview

At Samra Knots, each item is lovingly handmade, and we hope you adore what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within reason and policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-custom, non-sale items if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It’s returned to us within 21 days from the delivery date

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@samraknots.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We'll provide instructions and the return address.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping fee.

Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll resolve it as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or refunding you.

7. International Returns

At this time, we do not offer international returns by default due to shipping costs — but we’re happy to assist you case-by-case.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your issue and we’ll see what’s possible.
