Shipping, Processing & Delivery

  • Every piece is handmade with care. Please allow:

    • Ready-to-Ship items: Dispatch in 3–5 business days.

    • Made-to-Order items: Usually 7–10 business days for crafting.

    • Custom Orders: Around 10–15 business days (depending on size and detail).

  • Yes! We ship worldwide, including:

    • UK (Free Shipping)

    • Selected EU countries (Flat £8.50)

    • US (Flat £8.50)

  • Please allow at least 10 days after dispatch before contacting us. Then send us your order number, and we’ll track it down for you.

Returns & Exchanges

    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery (3 days if item is damaged or incorrect).

    • Returns accepted for non-custom, non-sale items in unused condition.

    • Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable (unless faulty or incorrect).

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
