Every Samra Knots piece is handmade with care — so please allow a little extra time for processing.
Ready-made items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days, depending on availability.
Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: May take up to 10–14 business days before shipping.
Custom orders: Typically 10–15 business days to complete.
If you’re on a deadline, feel free to message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Yes! Every piece is carefully packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging — perfect for gifting. Add a note at checkout if it’s for a special occasion, and we’ll include your message too!

To keep your macramé looking its best:
Gently shake out dust or use a soft brush.
Spot-clean with a damp cloth for small marks — avoid soaking.
Always air dry (no machine washing or tumble drying).
For wall hangings or charms, gently comb out fringe with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Keep away from heavy moisture or damp areas to maintain shape and texture.

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
Returns are accepted on non-custom items in their original condition.
Custom pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If it’s been more than 10 days since your order shipped and there’s no update, please reach out with your order number. We’ll contact the courier and help sort it out ASAP.
